EVENT SCHEDULE:

There will be two set-up times offered March 31st for all participants:
(1) – 10:00 – 11.30am
(2) – 1:00 – 2:30pm.
(ALL VENDORS (business & non-profits): BRING YOUR OWN TABLES, TABLE CLOTHES AND NECESSARY GEAR. Chairs will be provided to all free of charge. If you are bringing seeds to exchange, you will have a table provided to you)

– 3:00pm – doors will open to the public. All exchangers and vendors need to be setup and ready to go no later than 2:30.
– 3:00 – 7:00pm – seed cleaning and workshop, soil demos, kids activities
– 4:15pm – seed blessing (all presence requested)
– 4:30 – 7:00pm – seed exchange
