Byron Hinterland Seed Savers started in 1990 by Rasa Dover of Goonengerry, NSW. Since its inception seasonal events have been held with the free sharing of seeds, plants and food and grown to positive and vibrant community events. The community celebration is a way to connect, share and work towards an abundant and secure future food system for all those who walk on this land beyond our time. All are welcome and activities are provided for children to encourage all those in our community to save and share seed freely.
