Food is supposed to provide nourishment and health. However, food today is full of toxins, synthetic chemical residues and without nutrition. The Living Food weekend will be a celebration of the diversity of our crops that provide micronutrients. As well as cooking session with nutritious and forgotten foods.

Justification: The season is just right to think, talk and cook the right food since it is the beginning of winters. We prepare ourselves for the long cold season with the correct diet to keep ourselves warm and healthy through the seasons to come.
