Workshop with Jude and Michel Fanton, founders of THE Seed Savers Network (NSW)

In ‘Soulful Seed Saving’ Jude and Michel will share their vast knowledge and experience from decades of seed saving delving into how and why to use and conserve traditional local varieties.
They’ll cover collection, selection, cleaning and storing seeds and how to keep varieties pure, while also honouring the casual seed saver with self-seeding, perennials, and ‘soil-as-seed-bank’.
Have your quest for deeply tasty food piqued in these special two and a half hours.

TICKETS: $30 / $25 (waged / unwaged).

Workshop will commence at 10am, so please arrive earlier to register and pay.
